At EzyHold, we are committed to delivering your premium, Australian-made structural hardware quickly and safely. Please find our processing timelines and delivery options below.
1. Order Processing & Handling Time

In-Stock Items: Orders are picked, packed, and dispatched within 24 business hours of receipt.

Pre-Orders: Items marked as "Pre-Order" are currently being manufactured at our factory. Pre-orders typically dispatch within 2 to 4 weeks from the date of purchase. You will receive an immediate notification the moment your pre-ordered item is packed and ready for dispatch.
2. Domestic Delivery Windows (Australia)
Once your order has been picked, packed, and handed over to our freight partners, please allow the following estimated delivery times based on your location:

Note: For remote regional locations or Far North Queensland, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for final transit.
3. International Shipping
We ship our heavy-duty marine-grade hardware globally. To ensure complete pricing transparency, international shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout via our real-time Australia Post integration.

Cost: Exact freight costs are determined by the deadweight/dimensions of your selected mounts and your specific global destination country. This amount will be clearly displayed before you enter your payment details.

Delivery Timeframes: Transit times vary depending on the destination country and the selected Australia Post service class (Standard vs. Express). A live delivery estimate will be presented to you during the checkout process based on active carrier tracking data. Please note - while standard metro delivery is fast, regional or marketplace fulfilments may carry a maximum delivery buffer of up to 14 business days.

International Duties & Taxes: Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties, customs clearings, and taxes administered by the destination country. These charges are outside of EzyHold's control and are the sole responsibility of the recipient upon arrival.
