What is EzyHold?

EzyHold manufactures and installs innovative bases that eliminate the need for bulky stands and weights. The patented design secures structures like umbrella stands by sitting flush with the ground and can withstand up to 200kg of force. 

What is the difference between products?

All the EzyHold range operates in a similar way, all can withstand up to 200kg of force, and all are built with high quality. The key difference is the grade of steel used to secure your umbrella, market stall, or other structure. The highest strengh, and most durable is the 316 stainless steel used for marine envionments.  

Do I need to buy an additional tile to cover the tile insert?

No, you will not need to purchase an additional tile. When the tile version of the EzyHold is installed, the removed tile is re-used to create a perfectly matching surface without any additional cost. 

Where are you located?

Our offices are located in Melbourne Australia, however we deliver Nationally, and across UK, USA, Europe, and NZ. 

Is EzyHold Made in Australia?

Yes - The EzyHold is designed and manufactured in Australia

Do you offer installation services?

Installation is offered by our professional team, and is installed quickly. For example, our deck unit can be completed between 30 and 60mins. You can request a quote any time by typing "yes" for the quote section in your cart during your purchase or by calling 0452 481 084.

How do I request a quote for installation?

To request a quote for installation - simply browse to a product and add it to your cart. On the cart page, click on "quote me on an install" and type Yes in the text box. Once you make a purchase our team will be in touch to discuss the install. Alternatively call 0452 481 084.

Can I install the EzyHold myself?

Our products are easy to install and require non-specialised standard tools. If installing on a deck, a template and specific instructions are avialable in the box, and on the website.

Whilst it is possible for anyone to install the EzyHold, we do recommend working with professionals for installing the tile insert, and when working with concrete, marine, or public spaces.

How do I install the EzyHold in my deck?

The Deck product can be installed into a deck with a drill and a jigsaw. Instructions will be provided as part of your delivery, and additoinal detail can be found on our website. View below for step by step instructions. 

How do I sign in?

To sign into your account, select the icon of a human at the top of the site next to your shopping cart. This will allow you log back in to edit your profile, and check the status of your orders 

I forgot my login details

If you no longer have your password, please use the forgotten password feature on the my account section of our website. If this does not solve your problem, please reach out to our our service team who may be able to reset it for you. 

Can I update my account details?

Yes you can update your order information, such as your name, email or address , by logging into your account and navigating to the 'Account details' section

Can I track orders through my account?

Yes, tracking information for your orders will be available in the "Order Details" section within your account.

How do I save my billing and shipping information?

You can save your billing and shipping addresses in the "Address Book" or "Account Settings" section of your account for faster checkout.

Is my account information secure?

How do I sign out of my account?

To sign out, click on the "Log Out" button located in the account menu or profile dropdown at the top of the website.

Can I order without creating an account?

Yes, you can place an order as a guest, but creating an account allows you to track orders and access faster checkout in the future.

What should I do if I notice unauthorized activity in my account?

If you notice any suspicious activity, change your password immediately and contact EzyHold’s customer support for further assistance.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, browse our products, select the item you want, choose the quantity or specifications, and click "Add to Cart." Once you've added all desired items, proceed to checkout to complete your order.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Changes can only be made if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Do you offer bulk ordering?

Where Do I track My Order?

When you purchase with EzyHold, you will receive a confirmation email with your order ID, and the stated delivery address. You willl also receive a number of updates with your tracking ID as your order is packed and shipped. You can also check on your order progress by logging into my account.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you during the ordering process or via email. You can choose to wait for restocking, select an alternative product, or request a refund.

Can I save my payment details for future orders?

Yes, you can securely save your payment details during checkout for faster transactions in the future.

What Payment Methods can I use?

EzyHold accepts various payment methods, including American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Union Pay, and Visa

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can return or exchnage an item should it not be fit for purpose. Please review our return policy for more information. 

How do I apply a discount code?

Enter your discount code in the "Promo Code" or "Discount Code" field at checkout, and click "Apply" to see the updated total.

Can I ship Items to multiple addresses?

Not at this stage, for items going to different addresses, please submit seperate orders

How much is shipping?

Is there a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum order value unless specified for certain promotions or bulk orders.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at any time up until it has been shipped from our warehouse in melbourne. If you wish to cancel after this point, you will need to wait for the item to arrive so that it can be sent back to us before we can finalise cancelation. Please also review our returns policy. 

Can I specify a delivery date for my order?

Yes, during checkout, you can include special instructions or request a preferred delivery date. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item or a damaged product?
